Orange Spice Pot Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. chuck roast
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
salt and pepper
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 c. orange juice
1 large, chopped onion
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 clove garlic, minced
1 bay leaf
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. cold water
Preparation

Brown roast on both sides in bowl.
Combine all other ingredients except flour and water.
Pour over roast.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
Remove meat to platter (discard bay leaf).
Mix flour and water and add to juice to make gravy.
