Apple Cinnamon Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. Second Nature Egg Substitute or 3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. applesauce
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    4 c. grated apples
    1/2 to 1 c. pecan pieces
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Spray an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan with low-fat spray.
    Mix egg substitute, sugar and applesauce; add vanilla.
    Combine flour, baking soda and cinnamon.
    Add to egg mixture alternating with apples.
    Add pecans.
    Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    Makes 2 loaves.
    For easier slicing and extra moist, rich bread, wrap warm loaf tightly after removing from pan.
    Store overnight for best flavor and easier slicing.
