Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. light brown sugar
    1/2 c. corn syrup
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 sticks butter or margarine
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    8 qt. popped corn
Preparation
    Mix sugar, syrup and butter in pan.
    Stir constantly and bring to a hard boil for 3 minutes.
    Take off the stove and add baking soda and cream of tartar.
