Adobo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    3 cloves garlic
    1 tsp. pepper
    4 to 5 chicken breasts or any other kind of meat (i.e. pork)
Preparation
    Dice cloves of garlic and put into deep saucepan with 1 cap full of oil to fry it up.
    Add your vinegar, soy sauce and chicken. Bring to a boil for 5 minutes, then let simmer for 1 hour. Serve over rice.
