Creamy Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) baked pastry shell or graham cracker crust
    3 egg yolks
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand condensed milk
    1/2 c. lemon juice (from concentrate)
    yellow food coloring (optional)
    Borden or Meadow Gold whipping cream or whipped topping
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    In medium bowl, beat egg yolks; stir in sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice and food coloring (if desired).
    Pour into pie shell; bake 30 minutes.
    Cool.
    Chill. Spread with whipping cream.
    Refrigerate leftovers.
