Ron'S Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw rice
    1 stick margarine
    4 eggs
    milk
    1/2 c. sugar or more to taste
    raisins
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Cook rice until tender.
    In 9-inch square baking dish melt margarine.
    In separate bowl combine eggs and milk and beat.
    Add sugar and beat some more.
    Add rice to margarine.
    Add egg, milk and sugar mixture into baking dish with margarine and rice.
    Stir gently, blending.
    Sprinkle a bountiful amount of raisins in and stir.
    Add milk to almost filling dish, allowing room for expansion while cooking.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Cover dish and bake in microwave until done.
    Caution:
    Do not overbake.
