Great Wall Chicken Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. each garlic powder, Oriental sesame oil and Dijon mustard
    2 c. each finely shredded red and green cabbage
    1 1/2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
    1/2 c. each shredded carrots and sliced scallions
    1 can chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Whisk dressing ingredients in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients except noodles. Toss to mix. Cover and chill 1 hour. Just before serving, stir in noodles. Serves 6.
