Sausage Skillet Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. smoked sausage, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
    1 c. Campbell's condensed French onion soup
    1/4 c. water
    2 c. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 c. (8 oz.) tomatoes, undrained and cut up
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. quick cooking rice, uncooked
    chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Preparation
    In a 10-inch skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until browned, stirring often.
    Spoon off fat.
