Jello Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

21 graham crackers
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
4 pkg. jello (1 red, 1 orange, 1 lime and 1 lemon)
1 pkg. plain gelatin
1 c. pineapple juice
1 pt. Cool Whip
Preparation

Crush graham crackers.
Mix with sugar and butter.
Line square or oblong pan with mixture.
Bake 8 minutes at 350\u00b0. Dissolve each jello in 1 1/2 cups boiling water.
Cool in shallow pans.
Refrigerate until firm.
Cut into squares.
Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water.
Bring pineapple juice to a boil. Turn down heat and add gelatin.
Boil one minute.
Then pour in large bowl and when it gets syrupy, add Cool Whip.
Stir well and fold in jello cubes.
Put this in the graham cracker crust and refrigerate a few hours before serving.
