Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
2 c. pecans
1/4 c. finely chopped bell pepper
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
1 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation

In a bowl with a fork, beat cheese until smooth.
Add 1 cup of the pecans and remaining ingredients.
Chill.
Shape into 2 balls and roll in remaining cup of pecans.
Refrigerate overnight. Freezes well.
