"Easy" Italian Cream Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box Duncan Hines white cake mix
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 stick margarine, softened
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix cake according to directions on box.
Fold in the coconut and nuts.
Pour into greased and floured 9-inch cake pans.
Bake according to directions on box or until lightly browned and cake begins to pull away from sides of pan.
Cool completely on wire racks.
Ice with cream cheese frosting.
