Fresh Fruit Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 prepared baked pie shell
4 c. berries: strawberries, blueberries, peaches work well
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
Preparation

Clean and prepare fruit.
Set 3 cups fruit aside.
In saucepan, simmer 1 cup fruit and 2/3 cups of water for 3 minutes. Add sugar and cornstarch and remaining 1/3 cup of water.
Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Put fresh fruit in prebaked pie shell. Pour glaze mixture over fruit all the way to edges.
Chill.
