Cheesy Microwave Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 medium potatoes
1 small onion
3 tsp. bacon bits
dash of salt (if desired)
2 tsp. butter
1/2 c. water
3 or 4 slices cheese
Preparation

Slice potatoes with skins in a medium size microwave-safe bowl.
Add sliced onion, bacon bits, salt and butter; pour water over potatoes.
Microwave 10 to 12 minutes until tender, then add slices of cheese.
Let melt.
Serve hot!
