Veg-All Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can Veg-All mixed vegetables, drained
1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 Tbsp. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 large onion, chopped
Velveeta cheese
1 stack Ritz crackers, crumbled
1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients with a spoon, mixing well. Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch or square baking dish. Cover with strips of Velveeta cheese. Combine crumbled Ritz crackers with melted margarine and sprinkle on top of cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
