Broccoli-Cheese Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
1/2 c. boiling water
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1 c. grated cheese
2 c. (1 pkg.) Town House crackers
1/2 c. butter or margarine
Preparation

Combine broccoli and boiling water; cover and simmer until tender, drain.
Chop broccoli to bite size.
Arrange in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Combine soup and milk, stir.
Pour 1/2 over broccoli.
Sprinkle cheese over soup.
Top with remaining soup.
Combine crumbs and butter.
Scatter evenly over top of casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
