Mother'S Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. white sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    dash of nutmeg
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Mix well and pour into 10-inch unbaked pie shell.
    Bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven until filling begins to thicken; reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
    Pie is done when knife inserted near center of pie comes out clean.
    This is a Thanksgiving \"must\" in my family.
