One-Pot Turkey Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 (10 oz.) cans chicken broth
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. spaghetti, broken
    4 oz. jar pimento, drained and chopped
    3 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    3/4 c. milk
    3 c. cooked, diced turkey
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter in large heavy pot until tender.
    Add broth, water and pepper.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add spaghetti gradually so liquid continues to boil.
    Cook, uncovered, for 20 minutes or until tender.
    Add more water, if needed.
    Set aside 1/4 of pimento for garnish.
    Add remaining ingredients to spaghetti, cover and heat for 3 minutes.
    Turn into serving dish. Garnish with pimento and parsley.
