Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. lean ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 large jar spaghetti sauce
1 small can tomato paste
1 medium can stewed tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste
9 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
12 oz. carton cottage cheese
parsley flakes
salt and pepper
16 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Brown beef; drain off fat. Add next 4 ingredients and salt and pepper. Simmer at least 1 hour. Combine cottage cheese with parsley, salt and pepper. In large oblong pan, layer 1/4 meat sauce, 3 lasagna noodles, 1/2 the cottage cheese and 8 ounces Mozzarella. Repeat, ending with meat sauce, noodles and remaining meat sauce. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
