Chicken Nuggets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. chicken breasts
flour
1 egg, beaten
bread crumbs
Preparation

Cut chicken breasts into nugget size pieces.
Roll each piece in flour.
Dip into flour and then roll in bread crumbs.
At this point the nuggets may be pan fried in a small amount of oil or baked.
Be sure to turn over halfway through cooking.
Cook until golden brown.
