Macadamia Snowballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 Tbsp. butter, room temperature
    1 c. flour
    4 Tbsp. dark rum
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. finely chopped Macadamia nuts
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Cream
    butter;\tadd
    flour, rum, vanilla and salt.
    Add nuts; mix
    by
    hand.
    Wrap
    in plastic and refrigerate 1 hour. Roll in balls;
    bake at 300\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Roll in confectioners sugar.
