Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 c. oatmeal
1 stick oleo
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Pour water over oatmeal and let stand for 20 minutes. Cream oleo and sugar; add eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Add oatmeal and dry ingredients; blend well. Bake at 350\u00b0 until done in a 9 x 13 pan, greased and floured.
