Corn Dogs - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. cornmeal
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. milk
1 egg
1 pkg. wienies

Preparation

Mix well all wet and dry ingredients.
Roll wienies in plain flour, then dip in mixture.
Fry in deep fat fryer until golden brown.
