Mashed Potato Filling (Pa. Dutch) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes cooked
    1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 c. celery, diced
    1 1/2 c. onions, diced
    3/4 c. Crisco
    bread crumbs plain
    3 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Mash potatoes with milk,
    salt and pepper, needs to be a little runny.
    Brown onions, celery in crisco in skillet until soft, add bread crumbs to absorb crisco.
    Mix onions and celery mixture into potatoes, add eggs.
    Stir well and put in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour or until slightly browned.
