Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes, baked
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. margarine
milk
1 c. frozen peas, cooked and drained
3 Tbsp. sliced green onions
Preparation

Slice off top of each potato, scoop out inside and mash.
Add margarine, salt and enough milk to moisten.
Mix and beat until fluffy.
Fill potato shells half full with mashed potatoes on top. (At this point, may be refrigerated overnight.)
Before serving, bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until browned.
Top with Topper Sauce.
