Tortellini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    4 cloves of garlic, chopped
    4-6 cans chicken broth
    1 lb. tortellini
    2 16 oz. cans chopped tomatoes
    10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
Preparation
    In a soup pot, saute garlic in the olive oil for 2 minutes. Add 4 cans of broth and tortellini.
    Bring to a boil and simmer, covered, 5 minutes.
    Add tomatoes and spinach, bring heat back up to simmer for 5 minutes.
    The tortellini absorbs moisture so you might want to add more broth.
    Sprinkle with parmesan cheese just before serving.
