Microwave Pralines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. light brown sugar
    1 (5 1/3 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 c. pecan halves or pieces
Preparation
    Mix sugar and milk in a 2-quart batter bowl. Use a wooden spoon to mash out all the lumps. Add pecans. Microwave on High for 6 minutes. Stir and continue cooking on High for 3 to 4 minutes or until reaches soft-boil stage. Beat with wooden spoon for about 3 minutes or until it starts to thicken slightly. Quickly drop by tablespoon on wax paper. Store in airtight container.
