Non-Fat Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 qt. air popped corn
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. corn syrup
1 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Boil last 3 ingredients until hard crack stage.
Stir in 1/2 teaspoon soda.
It will foam up.
Pour over corn and stir.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Stir every 15 minutes.
