Summer Lime Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or more boneless/skinless chicken breasts
    1/3 c. olive oil
    juice of 3 or more limes
    4 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
    3 Tbsp. fresh chopped cilantro
    salt and pepper or other spices to taste
    red/yellow peppers or any other garden vegetable
Preparation
    Using kitchen mallet, pound chicken breasts to 1/2 inch thickness.
    Combine olive oil, garlic and juice of limes. Marinate 2 hours.
    Grill or broil chicken until done.
    Stir-fry vegetables.
    Squeeze a bit more lime juice on chicken.
    Chicken tastes even better cold.
