Kiefles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. small curd cottage cheese
    1 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. apricot jam
    1/3 c. finely chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation
    Place flour and cheese in a bowl.
    Add butter; cut into small pieces.
    Mix ingredients with pastry knife or your hands until the butter is thoroughly blended and the dough clings together in a ball.
    Divide into 3 balls; chill 3 hours.
