Mexican Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. flour tortillas
    8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 jar salsa
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 can refried beans
    tomatoes
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion; drain. Add taco seasoning. Line large casserole dish with tortillas. Layer beans, meat, salsa and cheese; repeat. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes. Serve with sour cream and tomatoes. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
