Baked Pork Chops And Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. corn bread stuffing mix (6 to 8 oz.)
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    8 (1/2-inch thick) boneless center cut pork chops
    3 c. water
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup or French onion soup
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrots
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    In 13 x 9 x 2-inch oval baking dish or 2 1/2 to 3-quart shallow casserole, sprinkle dry mix on bottom.
    If using 6 ounce package, toss stuffing with contents of seasoning packet.
