Cheddar Cheese Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. pitted chopped ripe olives
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento, drained
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    chopped slivered almonds
    sliced apples
Preparation
    Beat the cream cheese until fluffy.
    Beat in Cheddar cheese. Stir in olives, pimiento, green pepper and Worcestershire sauce; blend well.
    Shape into roll on waxed paper.
    Coat well with almonds.
    Cover; chill several hours to allow flavors to blend. Allow to stand at room temperature about 30 minutes before serving with assorted crackers.
    Decorate with apple fans.
