Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 medium-sized cooking apples
    1/3 c. sifted flour
    1 c. uncooked oatmeal
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/3 c. melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    Peel, core and slice apples.
    Place in a greased baking dish. Combine dry ingredients; add melted margarine, mixing until crumbly.
    Sprinkle on top of apples.
    Bake in preheated moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 30 minutes or until apples are tender.
    Serve warm or cold with your favorite whipped topping.
