Fry Bread For Navaho Tacos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. powdered milk
    1 1/2 c. warm water
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together; add water slowly.
    Knead for 5 minutes.
    Break off pieces the size of a small lemon.
    Roll flat to 6 to 8 inches round.
    Fry in hot oil in frying pan.
    Top with refried beans or chili, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, hot sauce or salsa.
    Makes 6 servings.
