Cherry Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. cherry flavored gelatin
1 c. sugar
2 c. boiling water
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
3 c. fresh or frozen cranberries, chopped
1 1/2 c. diced apples
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine gelatin and sugar.
Add water; stir until sugar and gelatin are dissolved.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour into a 2-quart serving bowl.
Chill until firm, 3 to 4 hours.
Yield:
12 to 16 servings.
