Crawfish Etouffee - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bell pepper, chopped
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
2 chopped onions
1 stick butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can tomato soup
3 lb. crawfish
2 cloves garlic
salt and pepper or Tony's to taste
Preparation

Melt butter and brown celery, onion and bell pepper. Saute seasonings until wilted, then add crawfish. Add garlic, salt and pepper. Cook for about 15 minutes on low. Add all soups to the pot.
May want to add 1 can of water. Simmer until ready to serve.
