Sweet Potato Orange Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (17 oz.) cans sweet potatoes
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. melted margarine
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
4 medium oranges, sectioned

Preparation

In large bowl, beat potatoes with electric mixer at medium speed until well blended with sugar, margarine, salt and nutmeg. Fold 1/2 of the orange sections into potato mixture.
Pile into 2-quart casserole.
