Cheesy Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pink salmon or tuna, drained
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    1/3 c. self-rising flour
    3/4 c. shredded sharp cheese
    1/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and make into patties.
    Fry in hot oil.
    Drain well.
