Grilled Teriyaki Marinade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. flank steak
3 Tbsp. sesame seed
3 Tbsp. salad oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. finely sliced green onions
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
-
Remove fat and outside membrane from meat.
Score on both sides.
Combine remaining ingredients and marinate steak in mixture 1 to 8 hours, covered.
Place steak on rack of grill. Broil/grill for 4 minutes on each side for medium.
Serves 4 to 6.
