Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. self-rising flour
2 eggs
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple

Preparation

Cream eggs and sugar.
Add pineapple and flour.
Pour into loaf pan.
Bake for 1 hour in a 300\u00b0 oven.
