Green Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch broccoli, fresh or frozen
    1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. oil
    4 c. cooked rice
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
Preparation
    Butter a 2-quart (9 x 9-inch) baking dish.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Place into buttered dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Enjoy hot.
