Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
6 eggs, slightly beaten
6 slices cubed white bread
1 lb. sausage
2 c. milk
1 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add salt and mustard and mix well.
Add all other ingredients and toss well.
Pour into well-greased 8 x 10-inch casserole and refrigerate for 12 hours or overnight.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Let sit 10 minutes before serving.
Serves 8.
