Pickled Mango - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 Hayden mangoes
    2 handfuls Hawaiian salt
    2 boxes brown sugar
    1/2 bottle red coloring
    1/4 tsp. 5 spice
Preparation
    Peel and cut mangoes into strips.
    Add Hawaiian salt and leave overnight.
    Drain and dry in a screen until very dry.
    Place in pot and cover with water.
    Boil for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Drain in colander.
    Place in pot; add in rest of ingredients and stir using low heat until hardens.
