Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. raw, grated zucchini
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine beaten eggs, sugar, vanilla and oil; beat.
    Add alternately, zucchini and flour mixture.
    Add nuts.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour, either in 2 loaf pans or an 8 x 12-inch pan.
    Test for doneness with a toothpick.
