Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. chili meat or ground beef (lean)
1 large onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. chili powder
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 c. water
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. ground cumin
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Brown meat, add onion and garlic; stir until mixture becomes brown.
Add water.
Add tomato sauce, chili powder, salt, cumin and pepper.
Heat to boiling.
Simmer 2 1/2 to 3 hours until meat is tender and mixture has thickened.
