French Fried Fish Batter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. to 1 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Batter:
    Sift flour, paprika, baking powder and salt.
    Combine egg and milk.
    Blend milk mixture into flour just until smooth. Add juice.
    This should be thick enough to just glaze or run off. Fry in deep fat or fry in pan.
