South Dakota Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Into hot sterilized pint jars, pack cut Northern pike. Combine ingredients for each pint.
    Pour over Northern pike. Process for 90 minutes at 10 pounds pressure in pressure cooker or 3 1/2 hours in hot bath.
