Currant Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
    1/8 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. currants
    2 eggs, well beaten or 4 egg whites or egg substitute to equal 2 eggs
    1/4 c. skim milk
Preparation
    Cream together the flour, salt and margarine. Stir in the baking powder and currants.
    Add eggs and milk. Turn into an oiled 8 x 4-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
