Green Bean-Sour Cream Casserole - cooking recipe

2 Tbsp. margarine
3/4 c. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
toasted bread crumbs
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
1 (17 oz.) can French-style green beans, drained
Preparation

Mix butter in saucepan over low heat.
Blend in flour, salt and pepper.
Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture is smooth and bubbly.
Remove from heat and stir in milk.
Return to heat and stir until thick and smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and onion.
Put beans in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Pour sauce over them, stirring to mix.
Top with Swiss cheese, then crumbs.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 325\u00b0.
