Pickled Beets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sliced beets, drain and set aside juice
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. pickle relish
    1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Boil juice, vinegar and sugar for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Pour over beets.
    Cool and put in refrigerator to chill.
